Walrus

Went for a drink in Walrus the other week, thinking I'd treat myself to a cocktail as it was my birthday. So we splashed out - a whole cocktail each! It looks pretty pretentious in there from the outside, I have to admit, but inside it is actually very relaxing and welcoming. And the toilets...amazing. Well, as amazing as toilets get. I think women get a better deal though - you get your own little wash basin in each cubicle and everything!


So it was meant to be a birthday treat, as I thought it would be expensive, but in the end it was actually very reasonable as we had unwittingly stumbled upon Happy Hour, which is more like Happy Three Hours, running as it does 4-7pm. So we got these two beauties for just £6 - £3 each. Not bad at all. And they tasted nice, which was a bonus.
