Property bargain hunters: City Lofts apartments to go under the hammer.

Crains is reporting that City Lofts, the developers behind the 'party pads' in Salford Quays, are experiencing some financial difficulties.

Since they're struggling to sell the remaining apartments, they're releasing around 250 apartments to auction, so that they can be sold on...potentially for a lot less than they're worth (or at least a lot less than the list price).

Allsops, the specialist property auctioneer, will be selling off the apartments, but they're yet to be listed on their website. If you're after a property bargain then this could be right up you street.
