Manchesters secretive 'beach' project, which is a collaboration between Urbis and Sankeys, is about to be blown wide open....

- It'll run from June 25th to September 9th
- 11am to 11pm (expected)
- It'll be the largest outdoor drinking space in the UK, with space for over 2,000 people
- There'll be an outdoor cinema, with visuals
- Beach volleyball and outdoor sports will be laid on
- Booze AND food will be laid on
- FREE wireless internet!
- The Sankeys Disco Bus will be laid on to take beachgoers over to the Ancoats club at the end of the night (The beach will also serve as a pre-party for some of Sankeys regular events).
